About AMy
Hi, I'm Amy. I'm a yoga teacher, a broadcaster, and a mum.
I found yoga in my twenties, navigating grief after losing my dad. The way it shifted both my body and my mind was unlike anything I'd tried, and a decade on I still can't go a day without it.
After years of practising, a teacher on retreat invited me to lead a class. I was hooked. I went on to train 200 hours with Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, and I've been teaching ever since.
My focus is on women's health: the full hormonal ride from periods to postpartum to perimenopause and beyond. A ride I’ve been navigating myself from motherhood and beyond! Yoga has been the thing that's helped me cope with new-mum sleep deprivation, mood swings, anxiety, all of it, and I want it to do the same for you.
When I'm not on the mat, you'll find me outside (forests, mostly), juggling Mum/dog/work life, attempting to garden or hosting yoga retreats around the world.

“Amy's classes are tailored to what each person needs, there's opportunity to challenge yourself but also to go at your own pace with what your body needs. The flows are varied and get into different muscle groups. Amy's voice is also lovely to listen to and I really enjoy her approach to leading the class.”
Love my yoga classes with Amy. She's a brilliant teacher and they're great to fit in at home around work. Always feel very stretched (in a good way!) afterwards.
