Yes. I run live online yoga classes every Monday (9.30am), Wednesday (8.30pm) and Saturday (9am). Each class is 30 minutes and available to replay for 7 days afterwards, so you can practise around work and family life. I also have an On Demand library you can access anytime.

My local classes are in-person group sessions in a calm studio setting. My online classes are live 30-minute sessions you join from home, with a 7-day replay so you never miss out. Many students mix both — local classes for the in-person experience, online and On Demand for flexibility.
-
My classes are suitable for all levels and I can talk you through adjustments. My beginners course is a great way to get started as I talk you through all the basics and core principles.

It simply doesn't matter how flexible you are! Yoga may look like a lot of fancy poses, but the entire practice is actually aimed at uniting your mind, body and spirit. The focus is largely around managing your mind and breathwork as well as how your body feels. Flexibility will also greatly improve with regular practice. Every body has an entirely unique anatomical make up, there are many poses I'll just never achieve! But you may surprise yourself with ones you can do…

Yes, but consult your doctor first, and inform me if you have any concerns. Many poses can be modified or avoided as needed.

Yes! I was practicing yoga throughout my entire pregnancy. However if you're new to yoga and in your second or third trimester please let me know as I can adjust positions for you. By the third trimester there are many positions to avoid which I can guide you through. But yoga is a wonderful way to gently add movement into your pregnancy, it provided me with a great deal of relief!

Nope. You'll come to learn the name of many of the postures, but that's what I'm here for.
-
Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice from ancient India that combines postures (the asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and ethical living to promote overall well-being. It's transformed my life and changes my entire mind and body for the better and I aim for it to have the same effect on you!
-
Yoga can help:
Improve flexibility, strength, and balance
Reduce stress and anxiety
Improve sleep and focus
Boost overall mental and physical health
-
It translates to "I bow to you", but in yoga, it's a gesture of respect, connection, and unity. It acknowledges that we all share the same life force, even if we appear different on the outside.
