GREECE RETREATS SEPT 2026
I have just returned from hosting two back to back retreats in Greece, with 24 fabulous women and very much enjoying a little sit in our surprisingly good British sunshine, basking in that post retreat glow. I'm desperately trying to cling onto it and not allow life, responsibilities, admin, emails etc to take over my brain again.
I can't quite believe the impact just a few days can have on so many. A lot of the guests arrived solo, feeling a tad nervous/apprehensive, then by the end of the trip, after just 3-4 days were saying emotional goodbyes like life long friends. The way women connect and bond so quickly is just immense. And being amongst such a stunning backdrop, especially whilst I'm getting news notifications that AI is coming to takeover the world, I felt totally re-assured that humans are good and the world is so spectacular, so sod AI, we're here to stay!
My favourite thing about hosting retreats is bringing together people from all different walks of lives and parts of the world, but also ages. Where else would you see a 25 year old get into a deep and meaningful with a 60 year old? And then on retreat #2 my Mum, Sue, joined us and became my eldest (and most inspiring) guest at the age of 83. I was so proud to see her step out of her comfort zone and try something new. The way she engaged in conversation, offering up her wisdom was so invaluable. She loved it. So don't be surprised if you get Sue popping up on all my future retreats, not sure I'll be able to stop her now…
Next stop… The Cotswolds for some cosy restorative Winter day retreats. Then onto Morzine in the Spring for my Mountain retreat. Who’s in?
